More than a year since the European Commission recommended member states impose a ban on all arrivals from the EU, travel and tourism in the Schengen area and the rest of the EU have been suspended.

- Livestock Workers (NOC 8252)
- Contractors and Supervisors, Landscaping, Landscaping and Horticulture Services (NOC 8255)
- General Farm Workers (NOC 8431)
- Nursery and Greenhouse Workers (NOC 8432)
- Harvest Workers (NOC 8611)
- Fish and Seafood Factory Workers (NOC 9463)
- Food and Beverage Processors (NOC 9617)
- Fish and Seafood Processors (NOC 9618)

You must enter Canada to work, and your business must be essential to the transportation of goods by ship.
Performing medical deliveries
It will deliver cells, blood and its derivatives, tissues, organs or other body parts needed to care for patients in Canada.

For possibility to enter Canada as a student, you must meet 3 requirements:
(1) You must qualify as a fully vaccinated traveler unless you are a minor student (under 18 years of age).
(2) You must have a valid study permit or letter of introduction showing that a study permit has been approved, unless you do not need it. It’s a must that you attend a designated educational institution (DLI).
(3) Even if you qualify as a fully vaccinated traveler, you must have a 14-day quarantine plan before arriving in Canada. The Border Services Officer will make the final decision on whether or not you qualify.

All travelers to the country must provide evidence of complete vaccination, recovery or a negative result. Individuals arriving by plane must also complete a health form. Visitors remaining in the country for less than 12 hours are exempted.

Madeira extends existing COVID-19 restrictions through March 15

The Portuguese autonomous region of Madeira has decided to extend the current COVID-19 rules and “state of emergency” for another two weeks until March 15.
Spain is allowing entry of travelers from other countries with COVID-19 recovery certificates.
Travelers from third countries who have been infected in the past 180 days from COVID-19, and have recovered from it, can now enter Spain. The move was announced by the Spanish government, which published changes in travel demand in the country.
Czech Republic adds Malta to red list – continues to apply color-coded system to other EU countries
