Vaccinated individuals Can Be Infected And Infect Others– Health Minister

Dr Osagie Ehanire, the honourable Minister of Health,  on Saturday announced that vaccinated people in the nation could also get infected with  COVID-19 and infect other persons. In an announcement released and endorsed by Segun Adetola, the ministry of Health’s public relation officer, on Saturday in Abuja,  said, ‘An abundant and reliable tool to protect ourselves and our families, remains first, adherence to the now specified public health standards, and secondly, the administration of vaccines to citizens. 

The minister noted this while issuing a briefing on the  assessment of the war against ‘Delta Virus’ phase of the pandemic.
